I'm unable to accept returns for change of mind.
If your artwork is damaged in transit please contact me within 7 days to organise a return/refund.
TRANSIT TIME AND TRACKING - AUSTRALIA AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Tracking is available on all orders.
Orders within Australia are expected to arrive in 1-15 business days.
Express Post can be arranged for an extra cost. Please contact me if you need your artwork urgently.
International shipping is available for an extra cost. Please contact me for a quote.
COMMISSIONS
There are very limited commission spots available.
Please contact me to chat about creating your custom artwork.
We will discuss specifics such as colour palette, style and artwork size. I'll then come back to you with a quote and timeframe.
I will send progress shots at certain stages for your approval. I won't move onto the next stage until until I hear back from you so please keep this in mind if you're on a tight deadline.
I want you to fall in love with your new piece of art so you're able to make up to 3 revisions along the way. Additional revisions will incur a fee.
To secure your spot, I require a 30% non refundable deposit to cover expenses. The balance will be due once the piece in complete, prior to shipping.
I reserve the right to refuse any commission request for any reason.
